I had a great experience here. The rooms are very cozy and the staff is very friendly. She answered all our questions about the area and more.
Our second time here and is still a good place to be, unless you don't mind paying over 200 to stay at the Gage, this place feels like your staying at the cabin on the lake, if ya don't mind some dated cabin like rooms, then this is it. I would recomend this place to any one, if you're spending a couple of day's or just making a pit stop? This is where you'll want to be, unless you have deep pockets and don't care about money, then stay at the Gage, but you'll enjoy not spending so much at the Marathon Motel..
Quiet RV park with an inviting grassy courtyard and friendly efficient staff. The sites are gravel but level and not too crowded. A good base for a day trip in the toad to Big Bend NP.
Such a beautiful little get away spot. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and I had fun using their large telescope and learning about astronomy. One of the most peaceful places I've been lucky enough to visit.
I want to live here. Please adopt me. LOL! Love this place.
